Looking to improve in ranked (and avoid further demotion)

I am a LoL player that has played on and off since the beginning of 2012, and I feel like my skills are degrading over time as I have been demoted several times already and dove into a massive losing streak. I have been dropped to Bronze IV (2 times demoted), and I want to know how to improve my gameplay in any aspect. It is demoralizing to continue playing and to feel like you cannot improve after such a long career in LoL.

Can someone provide advice to do better and prevent such a losing streak?

Try expanding your champ pool with more in meta champs. Sion hasn't been working out for you, and niether has Jax so it may be time to find a different playstyle.

I would play more normals, to deepen your champ pool and get better at the champs you are currently playing. Practice makes perfect.

It looks like you're struggling with CSing. Try practicing in a custom game on your own with no bots and see how many you can get in like 10 minutes.

I know 10 hours is a lot to practice but I think he explains a shorter version of his practice as well.
