Cant get out of silver 5 again
This season I got bronze IV climbed back to silver 5 and got to silver 3 went on tilt went back down to silver 5 got in promos for silver IV multiple times and lost every single one of them.

If you are starting out from bronze and can't move up from Silver 5, there's a lot of things you can work on.
Intro: I was stuck in Silver for an entire season (Season 3). Finally, Season 4, I managed to climb out of Silver hell. This season I also started out in silver, but got out of it in like 2 days. I'm currently Gold 2.
My suggestions: 1.) Play better champions (I dont know what champs you play) 2.) Get better mechanically and get improve your map awareness. 3.) Watch LCS, look at how they utilize their champions. Look at how they perform the lane phase. Look at how each individual team fights.
That's pretty much it.
