Solo Queue! Please help!

I am currently attempting to progress in solo queue. I find that I myself perform quite well where other lanes not so much. I usually ADC or Jungle, playing luc/graves or Lee Sin. My builds match most guides, i usually have the top CS, I participate in team fights map control objectives but yet I cannot progress. It is not that I lose myself but simply am stuck with other players not as skilled at these tactics as I am, even though I fight to encourage coordination in game chat. Most players just blame eachother and fail to deliver.

What can I do to progress? I dont want to be stuck in bronze when I know myself am a far better player. Looking at my game statistics They arnt bad compared to others in soloq when viewing LOLKING.net.

Please anyone, I would like some helpful feedback In my progression to get out of this nightmare.

Play other champions, and pick champions that fit in with your teams comp, and if you must ask others if they can play a certain champion to fit the comp. If you have a team of Yi, Leblanc, Zed, Jinx, and Sona. You may be bursty, but if they got tanks on their team your burst will not kill them.

Focus on yourself more than others. You can't really change anything in the game except yourself, but if you realize the more you change about yourself the more others will change around you.
