How to get a better player

Hey guys

I play most likely ADC ( Priority: 1 Vayne / 2 Jinx / 3 Tristana ) and Jungle ( Priority: 1 Shyvana / 2 Lee ). im not the best at decisionmaking and i got some Problems with my Attitude. I think i am mechanically a good Player. Last season my highest rank was Gold II. Now i stuck in middle of silver. When i Play ADC i have the Feeling my Support is doing everything wrong and i only get bad Players. i know thats wrong or at least the enemies have the same amount of bad Plays etc. i want to work on my Feeling for the game. I want to get higher sometimes i try so hard that i make big misplays because i think "they're all bad i can ez pz 1v5 them" i dont want that Feeling anymore. When i Play adc my cs at 10 min is like ~ 80-90 as vayne (trist maybe 70-75 because of trades) and in teamfights i try allways to hit the closest target. but somehow i lose more than i win. 1 friend of mine is a Diamond Tier Player and he said ist hard to carry as adc in silver. but ist the most fun role for me to Play. so what to do ? im happy about constructive tips and critics.

sry my english is not that good.

I would suggest you learn to adapt to how your support plays. If your support and you do not have synergy you will have a difficult time winning your lane. During your draft pick I'd suggest asking people their best lane preferences so you have an idea of your team. When you get angry at your support don't immediately show aggression towards the player and just calmly tip him some suggestions and shrug it off. Your attitude is a HUGE faction of if you're going to win or not. If your team mate does something wrong tell them to be careful and do not harass them. Harassing players is a big mistake and will most likely anger the player and make him continue to make bad plays.

honestly, ive climbed my way up from silver to plat a lot with multiple accounts I noticed that till gold 1-2, adc is actually a good role to carry. supports that I got to play with had all different styles but generally speaking, they were mostly ok and a few great. but once I reached gold 1-2,, and trying to get to plat... this is where I gave up on adc role NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, but for all my accounts in plat. supps in high gold mmr were just... terrible. period. even supports in silver were much better... so.. to get to high gold? sure. stick with adc. plat? fck adc. I guess it could be explained that most people main something else than a sup to get to high gold/plat mmr... and maybe that's the reason why I could never see a great sup in that elo...

The first step is to improve on the issues you mentioned. The fact that you recognized your flaws is good. Try to work on them and you'll see an improvement in your overall performance.
