Which Champion should I Buy??

Well you guys know URF is out, and I kinda want a new champion so I could play in it, I was going for a 4800IP champion, any recomendations? ( , or . were the champs I was thinking about)

You should buy Vladimir because he is OP in normal games and especially in URF.

Ez is a real god in Urf, but I love Fizz in normals AND urf.
