Elise (I think she is good)

So I'm no league veteran, (just started playing at the beginning of s4 and didnt play ranked until pre s5), but I've been hearing that elise is weak. Now I dont know how she was before the nerf, but it must have been pretty strong. I've seen people building her tanky with some ap, full tank, or full ap and I think that full ap is fine with her and provides enough damage. I feel like if I played the old elise then played her now i would notice that she isnt as good, but as someone who has only played her in season 5, she feels like a viable champ to play right now.

Btw im specifically talking about elise jungle
