I need some serious help

a few weeks ago I went out of town to watch my cousin, before i left i was on tilt. when i got back to my computer nothing felt right, I felt like my skills weren't going off when i pressed them, my mechanics became trash, my mouse sensitivity was wrong, i couldn't last hit, i was losing trades i know i could win and i went on a really bad losing streak, i checked op.gg and my win-rate was at 10% (the lowest it has been EVER). I was never the best at this game but my win-rate was usually at around ~80%. I'm not losing as much as I was before but I'm still not doing to hot. what should i do?
