OBS Causes ping spike please help

Well i just started streaming and when im not streaming my fps is 60 constantly and my fps is about 87-90 But when i start streaming my ping would start dropping every now and then and my ping also shoots up to 110-130 ive tried to lower my settings but it really didnt help at all My download speed is-12 My Upload speed is-4.56 and yes i did my bitrates based on my upload speed and ive even tried lowering them so please help a brotha out cause i would say im a pretty funny streamer and the world needs to see my shit kappa.
