Does Wukong's Stone Skin Scale Off Legendary Guardianr and Enchanted Armor Mastery ?

I main has a wukong top so i would like to lean what works well with wukongs kit

Wukong's Stone Skin - armor and magic resistance are increased by 4 / 6 / 8 for each visible nearby enemy champion and Legendary Guardianr - Grants 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 armor and 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 magic resistance for each nearby visible enemy champion within 700 units. A lower version of wukongs passive if i put points into this will it boots wukongs passive ? also Enchanted Armor - Increases your bonus armor and magic resistance by 2.5 / 5% will it scale off wukongs passive ? plz explain all of this to me

Im asking all the wukong player out there !!!! ** Legendary Guardianr is pissing me off a little knowing that everyone can add 4 points and get a lower version of wukong passive. i thought champions passives are suppose to be unique per champion. Riot gods fix's this :/**
