If you want to gank a lot max snowball, if you want to farm/counterjungle a lot and rush for 5 drag stacks then max consume

unless you're against a kalista or vayne. then you always max snowball because that fucks them soooo hard.

nunu is best at counter jungling and objective control so I prefer the consume max, but if you are having success ganking w/ him a lot then you can go w/ snowball.

Consume is almost always best, because it greatly increases your clear speed, objective control, sustain, and increases the duration of your consume buffs by up to 4 minutes, which means longer times with bonus health, damage, and on-hit MS. Snowball is ok if you want to gank or need to shut down an AS reliant champ (like Vayne or Azir) and Blood boil is great if you need to buff up an AS reliant ally (like a Vayne or Azir). Either way, Snowball or Blood boil are both best as second max, not first max.
