Hi guys thought I would hand out some friendly info to improve you're game
By this point you have probably checked my rank and thought... he is silver 5 and is therefore unintelligent. So if you are to proud to take my advice then please move on as you will not like the kind of advice I am offering. This will be split up into two easy to understand sections and I promise this will help not just with win rate but also with enjoying the game.
The Principle Of Charity Simply put this is the idea that you should interpret peoples actions in the best possible way and give people the benefit of the doubt. You are probably wondering how this helps... trust me it does. If you can try to change the way you view you're enemy you will be less liable to die. So always assume that you're opponent is making the best possible move ever always assume that they have the upper hand and try to figure out how to get an advantage because being even doesn't matter in a game where there is always going to be a looser. Another thing that you need to start taking into consideration as well is learning to respect a good play. If you are even in lane against that Ahri, Vayne or anyone really and things look like they are going great and the opponent suddenly pulls of a perfect combo and hit everything remember that isn't luck. Simply put Luck is success or failure in the case of bad luck brought by chance and not through ones own actions. If we can agree that is what luck is then you being killed by the enemy is nothing to do with luck they acted, they intended to kill you... yes person in the back even the jinx ult that she randomly fired because even if that jinx didn't know you were there she did fire in that direction and only ult when intending to kill or for a few other minor things but forget about that. If you now can see that every time you have died on this game every piece of gold you have given away was entirely you're fault... Now if you are willing to accept that we can carry on. So the whole point of this is acknowledging you're opponent as another human being and respecting their play after you get out played type it in all chat tell them that you thought the way they made that last move was good. Why would I do that you ask? Well when I verbally commend my opponents hard fought and well deserved victory it helps me get over the fact that I did badly thus stopping me from tilting. Now imagine you wan't the person that got killed but you saw that play from a neutral perspective... yep looks pretty sweet now right?
This Is A Team Game! I know, I know this is a difficult one to grasp but when u 1 v 1 that top laner and he decides to invite his team to the next brawl its unfair right? he's totally cheat... oh wait no yep its a team game that what he is supposed to do. Some food for thought, when you get a kill and get ahead try and spread the gold help the team earn more don't keep trying to kill that enemy Jax that is totally awful go mid... FK IT! GO BOT IDC! just don't stay in lane earning next to no gold and risking giving the enemy team shut down gold of course you have to cs i get that just don't waste you're time on that Jax he ain't worth it. yet again heres another help you're team tip... there are many ways to help you're team and not all of them involve those awesome LCS level mechanics you have. The best kind of help in this game is mental. If that feeding Jax is on you're team and he is behind don't say anything only offer help if you can't think of something polite to say you can copy my quote here just fill in the gaps "Hello ......... would you like my help?" trust me don't tell him what to do don't say play more safe or go afk simply offer that person you're help. even if that means saying to them come gank my lane to get the assist... yes it may not help his gold a great deal but just to be part of something that went well can be a great boost to team morale. If you have gotten to this part of the text then you are truly a person that wants to improve and I understand we all have our bad days but taking that out on you're team or yourself doesn't make that day any better. I know that after reading this you didn't get a notification from riot that instantly ranks you up... but maybe you realized that I am right and only by truly treating this game like a sport and behaving in a sportsman like manner can you ever hope to have fun say off tilt and begin to see where we went wrong in the technical side. The common saying Blind with rage wouldn't exist if our anger didn't blind us to our own faults.
Thank you for reading This and have a great day!
