can jayce jump over jinx traps
a jayce jumped over mine and didnt get snared

Jayce will still finish the jump animation completely and will still be able to attack you since a snare immobilizes, not stun.
You cannot "jump" over anything in Lol, it is a 2d isometric game and doesnt have Z axis. So if u do this Jayce will visually finish the animation and then get rooted for the duration. Same with any other "jumps" in the game ( 
) etc
