When i jungle i find it easier to carry when i constantly gank or show presence because then i can keep my team safe as well as get them fed. Some games however i can't gank any lanes because my teammates have overextended or it's a champ that can escape easily. I assume i should counter gank but i don't really know how to or know where the jungler is most likely to go. Maybe i should just counter jungle and shut the jungler down so my team wont get ganked. What should i do when all lanes are overextending? try camp, counter gank, counter jungle?? thanks :)

Depends on a lot of things actually.

Like what champion do you jungle as normally? Depending on the champion, I'd suggest you come to lane and help your ally turret-dive the enemy. Other junglers are great at taking enemy Jungle monsters. Some are fantastic at killing the enemy jungler and escaping.
