Streamers HELP!?

I would like to start streaming and not sure on what settings I should use on OBS.

I run an ASUS G750JM Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) i74700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz Installed Memory 12.0 GB (11.9 GB usuable) 64-bit Operation System, 64x-based processer

Internet: Download Speed- 45-50 Mbps // Upload Speed- 5.9

I had a MAC prior to this one and just recorded vids, but now I am looking to stream.

I have been looking on youtube and other sites and there is nothing really up to date.

Any help would be appreciated.
