TonyTonyMordecai1 votesI think he is viable. He has abilities that require precision timing to use in the right situations (His Teleport) to escape/chase his foes. Not to mention some champs belong in a museum.... I tried him once years back, and I would honestly like to try him again since he is very good since AP is a viable partial build path, if you were to go half-n-half on him.
