Starting to find around Plat 5/4 that the extremely difficult games (which include anyone trolling or having a really bad game) are often too difficult for me to carry at this level.

I perform consistently well in this elo, but I can't carry a high enough percentage of games to be satisfied at this level and feel like I've hit a bit of a wall in terms of mechanics/decision making.

I'd like someone to discuss games with who can help guide me in the right direction and get me over the hump to more consistently carry in low/mid platinum.

Muxxik,

I might have a good solution for you. I myself probably wouldn't be able to assist too much, being silver 3; I do mod for a twitch diamond stream however. So, lets do a basics check first.

Are you warding? This is easily, even in Diamond (in fact, probably more so) the largest carry aid in the game. If you can't see em, you can't catch them out.
Are you watching the minimap and grouping when your teammates are in trouble within your range?
Are you working with your team, agreeing to split/group after lane phase to keep pressure up?

If you're saying yes to all those, then you're right, it's probably something more advanced that you're having issues with. If that is the case, I would recommend heading over to the Diamond's stream (they do free coaching, and might be able to help you).
