Being taught

I have been having rough rounds, and have wanted to learn. I have found that I learn best when I'm coached and taught by someone better than me. So I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me with the game, and teach and coach me so that I advance. An added bonus would be if the person would be okay with some preferences, such as focusing on what I did wrong and how to fix it, rather than just saying "Why did you do that...?", and a ways of speech such as limiting the amount of language used as much as possible. I would happily(After I'm your level) play with you on your rounds such as when I'm ranked so that you can have a reliable team mate and advance faster, etc. Thank you!
