Can Anyone Help Me with My MMR And See what I'm Doing Wrong, Any High Elo Players can give me Advice

Idk Can Anyone check my Match History and see what I'm doing wrong because I main support and I ended up from gold 5 to bronze 1 and my teammates are not doing as good as me and idk what's going on because I'm playing pretty good as support as braum and I Did all ojectives and I got mostly the towers but ofc my team isn't really doing good so can anyone give me advice on what I'm doing wrong and why my mmr is going down and stuff my mmr is 1195 from 1530 mmr and just don't understand
