if you want a champion that almost no one knows how to counter, is hard to gank, lets his turrets do half the work for him, can bully the hell people, can siege towers relatively fast, picks up triple kills without trying much, doesn't have a very high skill cap, has turrets that deal INSANE amounts of damage when you put them next to each other, and an ultimate that massively increases his all of his ability's mechanics...
Heimerdinger is the man for you. Everyone knows how to counter Katarina.
