Teams being uncooperative

I have been on a losing streak where it is nearly impossible for me to win ranked games. I am not a perfect player but I am certainly not the reason for which we lose every single game. I used to be plat during 5th pre-season and now I am low gold playing with Silver. My team seems to refuse to listen when I or anyone else says, "push mid" or "we need to contest baron" and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to try to carry myself back out of this uncooperative state of play.

Act like you know what you're talking about, be confident in your calls. People will follow those who seem to know what they are doing.
Learn to carry without 100% cooperation from your team, this could be opening up obvious routes for baron or dragon with split pushing or 1v2'ing allowing for pushes mid.
Understand that it IS your fault if you don't win a game, just maybe not 100% of it.

Credibility is all that matter. Some will increase it. +You are fed/ seems to know what's your doing. +You have helped them gank during laning. +You have multiple multi-kills. +You gave someone a (unconventional) tip.

Avoid: +Dying, even if you got a kill in return. It is acceptable, however, if it is simply a bad fight and 2-3 other teammates die with you. +Running/ not participate in teamfight. +Bad calls of actions.
