So im In NA (mid west) and i recently just got my second acc to silver 2. I want to transfer servers. i was told its like starting a new game. so does that mean i have to level it to 30 again and all that ish. Also what server would be for mid west. I heard LAN was pretty good, others say EU was good as well. Lastly, does anyone know when NA moves the server or did they already?

if you on the NA server already and your in midwest then the NA server (in California) is probally best for you the next closest would be LAN wich is located in florida and no they have not moved servers yet and no idea when/if they are.
