RuneGlaive Hydra Gangplank top lane with Shiv and Bork on hit effects?

With the area of effect procs of Runeglaive and Hydra, gangplank's Q(Parrrley) would do massive AOE damage. With the new Gangplank update coming up, players can Q the powdered keg (E) and do even more AOE. This gives GP lots of wave clear and the ability to push lanes more effectively (instead of ulting for creeps). I personally think that this is OP and really fun, as i have tried it before. I know that this is very unlikely to be an LCS pick, as it is a more casual and fun way to play GP. If you agree or disagree, please feel free to comment.
