Hey i wanted to invest in getting a new top lane champ but im kinda stuck between fiora, j4 and darius.. I also play a lot of jungle so i know that j4 could be used for there also. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Darius gets kited hard, is pretty lackluster without items. Fiora needs to snowball, if she doesn't then shes a pretty mediocre melee minion. Jarvan is pretty ok, most consistent out of everyone I think.
Darius is easy, stack the blood and then hit R. Your welcome.
Technically any of them can play jungle, although j4 is obviously superior (at least gank wise) It's all up to you and your playstyle. If you want teamfight presence, j4, you wanna be tanky and do shit tons of damage, or build damage and do even more, go darius. Wanna have that huge invincible ult? Fiora. My vote is darius :p
Are you playing ranked? If so, what elo?
Fiora is great for low elo, at higher ranks she'll get much more difficult to be successful on as people will make fewer mistakes for you to snowball off of.
Darius kinda same story.
Jarvan would be the most solid, well rounded choice here. Can take him top or jungle, or even mid or support if you really wanna break the meta. Can build him to suit a variety of situations. Brings a lot of damage and utility to the team. My suggestion would be Jarv.
