The important noob lessons: physical welfare while playing

So, they all say it, but how well do we listen?

Had a great gaming/winning streak during the day, but had to forego sleep to support my gf who was studying for her exam. So I played a bit come nighttime and the day after.

I skipped a few meals, didn't sleep and slowly I start playing like a moron without even knowing, lol.

So, the lesson for this new LOL player is: don't game if you're in a shit state! Doesn't matter if you think you're fine, because you might not notice how much you're struggling making the plays until suddenly you're on a losing streak rather than a winning streak, and the simplest of plays are messed up because you don't have any focus anymore.

I guess it's one of those lessons you gotta learn for yourself. I was so down on myself for losing, didn't get why suddenly everything was so hard, lol. Until I got some sleep, and I had to smack myself on the forehead for being a moron.

So my lesson was basically don't play when you're tired or haven't eaten during the day. Sounds obvious, but apparently some of us don't do obvious, lol.

The same thing goes for playing a lot in succession. Even if you take breaks to eat and stuff if you play all day you are going to start playing worse because you become mentally worn out, and even if you are physically in great shape (as far as playing goes like good reactions and stuff) you will still make mistakes because you are no longer thinking clearly.

I'll be damned, I can post on NA forums. so happy

Anyways, yeah I agree. It's important to eat and have a good nights sleep for everything in life! No sleep and no food can make someone go crazy, me myself will be unable to function if I dont get much sleep!
