I am leveling a smurf and I've invested hours, only to get it to level 9 (that was with a 3 day exp boost). Is the fastest way to play bot games using both exp boosts? I know level 1-10 you can play beginner, 10-20 intermediate, etc, but is that the fastest way?

Bot games only give exp for 3 hours a day and I believe they give less than normal games. You always want to play games with actual players in it.

Tsunday1 votesThey don't last longer if you're smurfing especially if you have another smurfing friend with you. They should be easy pubstomps. Win your lane and you're level 9 nobody is going to stop you from taking tower after tower if you pick a carry champion like Trynd, Riven, Yi, etc.

I've seen a smurf on the enemy team at least once every game. And I don't have IP for champs atm. I'll definitely have to save up for some though.
Envy Sin1 votesBot games if you can win in around 20 mins. Otherwise you're better off playing normal games. (Possibly Dominion. I'v heard but never tested.)
Acidic Puddle1 votesThere is not super fast way, just play and learn the game. Carry games and make them all end in 20 min. The only other good way is to buy boosts.
