LF D5+ Mid Lane Coach

I am looking for a mid lane coach to better myself at league of legends. I have a lot of requirements ( read below) but they are all valid for what I am wanting to get out of this. I am willing to compensate you if of course it is worth it.

Requirements Diamond 5 or better ( I want proof you are good not just your word) Mid lane Main ( this can easily be proved off your ranked stats) Plays multiple champs ( if you play only one champion that won't help me) Be able to use Teamspeak or Skype ( microphone is a must) Good overall game knowledge Give good feed back and constructive criticism.
