do the cs practice they had linked awhile back, just cs'ing properly can win you lots of lanes

You seem to be carrying most of your matches pretty well as ADC. Maybe the problem is that since you focus on kills and CS so much you dont focus on objectives, team fights, or lane pressure?

Past the laning phase, keep track of the dragon timer, check which lanes are pushing, and be mindful of other objectives the teams are fighting over (blue buff). If nothing is due soon, you should be farming. Always look for farm you can slurp up. Grab wolves if nothing else looks good. Currently, you just seem to... stop. In these 40 minute games, you should have 250-300 cs, not 100 or so. My guess is you do okay (not great) in the early game and just slowly fall behind as the enemy out-spends you.

Also, you should get a rune page for your AP champions, for those times you are not ADC. An assassin like Ahri can't afford to start some 300g in stats behind their opponent.

Always play ranked instead of normal. Your champs with the highest win/loss ratio are your mains. You want your mains to be at or above 1:1. Find a main and a secondary (via win ratios) for three positions.

It's hard to carry as an adc in bronze tbh, I'm in plat and if my team is utter garbage and I'm stuck playing ADC or Supp I still manage to lose. When I'm smurfing in bronze I typically only play mid assassins so I can roam around and help other lanes get ahead. But if you must play ADC I recommend playing the same 1 or 2 champions repeatedly, learn to trade correctly, and CS.

Correct me if I'm wrong but someone in high diamond and challenger average about 9-10 cs per minute. By 10 minutes, 100 cs. If you can get close to that you'll be good. Farm everything, get jungle camps too. Ping your team if they are being stupid (when i'm smurfing in bronze I treat everyone like they are slow in the head.. in a nice way though)

Ward, buy QSS if necessary and don't tilt. ADC's and squishy. Don't put yourself in bad positions.
