Looking for Diamond Mentor to help me get out of Platinum. (Adc Main)

Hello all, I have recently got into Platinum a couple weeks ago. Ever since then, the games seem to be harder for me and I am not sure what I could be doing that separates me from a diamond player. My goal this season is to hit diamond, and I have hit a wall. I am an adc main that plays Lucian/Sivir and Vayne as my main champions. I would currently say my weakest point is laning, and I am not sure on how to improve on it.
