I personally would go 9-21-0, favoring CDR over AS, since Sion feels more like an AD caster than an AA heavy champion. I personally don't like Double Edged Sword, but that's just personal preference. Runes I'd probably take AD Marks, Scaling HP Seals, either CDR Glyphs or MR Glyphs, Armor Quints. Or something like that, I'm no pro
Attack Speed for Sion? Why not CDR?
Also, I find it slightly weird to see Double Edged Sword side by side with a hefty investment into the Defense Mastery tree...
