Zyra counters Teemo?
So I go against Zyra (as Teemo) with NO vision. She is popping my shrooms with her abilities.
That a fact? Can she pop my shrooms with her seed/growth?

Yes. Mushrooms trigger on any enemy unit. I'm unsure if they specifically trigger on seeds, but they will definitely trigger on grown plants.
Anything with a gap closer counters Teemo.
My plants regularly block skill shots for me so I don't see why they wouldn't de-shroom a dangerous area as well! It is the never ending battle of Fungus vs. Plants.
Yes Zyra can easily handle Teemo's minefield.
Even if they are hidden. If she can guess where they are or saw you place it, she can take it out.
Hiem can do it too, but he's much more likely to be in range of the explosion radius.
You'll still get the 5g or whatever from killing the plant though. So be sure to thank her for feeding you. It might piss off her team and make them throw the game though negative energy. That is Teemo's strongest weapon after all.

Don't forget that 
can counter Teemo as well. If Heim spots a Teemo shroom, he can just put a turret on it and explode it.
never thought about it but Zyra seeds block blitz grab and poro's so it would make sense if the plants with health could pop teemo shrooms.
I am talking about HIDDEN shrooms.
In my personal opinion (not that it means much here) nothing truly counters the Teemo when the Teemo plays correctly. With very few exceptions, such as high burst champs who can point click. Skill shots can be out played with Teemo easier than imagined and if you rush hourglass you can kill akali's with shrooms before she can kill you.
Ofc some champs make it harder for the Teemo than others and I wouldn't suggest to pick it against one of those if you have the option.
As seed? No, I don't think so. As a grown plant? Yes.
I use that in ARAM all the time as Zyra if there's a Teemo. When you see the shroom placed, drop a seed on top, wait a couple seconds, then cast a spell on it so it turns to a plant. Shroom gone. Even without seeing where the shroom was put, it can sometimes be easy to guess where they would have been put.
