Zed and Nidalee Runes?

I need help with having the best tier 3 runes for Zed and Nidalee? I just hit level 20 and I want to start investing in some tier 3 runes.

Could anyone help me out, thanks?

I don't know about Nid but im pretty sure the ideal setup for Zed is:

Armor Penetration Marks (reds) Health/Armor Seals (yellows) Magic Resist/Cooldown Reduction Glyphs (blues) Attack Damage Quintessences

Choosing between health/armor and magic resist/cooldown reduction is just personal preference.

for zed you can do standard ad or arm pen reds ad quints armor yellows and mr blues. cd doesnt work too well with him because i usually dont have a problem with my abilities being on cooldown, also even if they were all up if i dont have blue buff i run out of energy a lot.

as for nidalee, you can go hybrid pen magic pen or ap reds, armor yellows, and flat mr for lanes and scaling mr for jungling and flat ap quints. some people run ad reds or quints but i usually dont feel like they make an impact late game.
