Frozen heart
SO my friend says that it slows heims turrets..... is that true? As stupid as a build it would be to get Armor for an AP champion im still curious if this actually works... not to build it but for more of a "The more you know" feeling.

Get Frozen Heart. She hits you once, her hops slow down immediately.
CyrosGold1 votesWell the wardens mail or Raduin's does that, for frozen heart you have to keep her in the aura which is hard to do.
