so ive been trying to figure out how to freeze lane. i mostly only go for last hits but no matter what i do my wave always pushes. ive tried soaking up the damage of the enemy wave or whatever. ive literally only aa for last hit and miss a decent amount of cs, but i really wanna learn how to freeze lane. can anyone help me?
first thing you need is the other laner stronger than yours. if it's even, it will push. even at level 1, you can make it uneven by running at your minions and blocking them right before the waves match up so that your casters (works with them all, but casters are easier to explain for me) take longer to help out your melee minions while the other wave is already attacking in full force. at this point, you only last hit at the last second. slowly, the wave will push towards you. the other laner will be also pushing the wave a bit and you just need to stay close to the same amount, but a bit under in minion power.
odd, preventing their minions from getting to my turret range is all i need to freeze a lane
