The first 4 I would recommend trying to power farm until 6, as that's when they access either their full mobility capabilities, or their heaviest form of CC/Utility.

Kha'Zix on the other hand is all about finding opportunities and squeezing all the advantage you can get out of them.

I have the most experience with Kha'Zix at the moment. I completely agree with TehNACHO, Kha'zix is all about oppertunity, for example if you top laner is about to get ganked, get ready for a counter gank, Kha'Zix is strong at taking out a enemy if you and your teammate work together for it, but you have to jump in at the RIGHT time, If you're not sure if you'll live after getting stunned, slowed, snared, DON'T DO IT, Do things that you are sure of. -Smites Krugs- Only if your bering leashed at level 1, Raptors- Every time you're getting ready to gank. Gromp- Lanes are doing fine, Fast clears. Blue-Low mana, fight/team fight about to break out near you. Red- Low health while fighting a enemy, or low health in any clears pre-6 Wolves- Never Jungle item- I go trailblazer about 90% of the time, but the occasional Chilling smite helps take down tanky champs (Garen, Volibear, Etc) Enchant- Warrior, huge percent of the time, But if they have a lot of early game cc that could really stop a gank (Riven, Syndra, Leona) Juggernaut, But you'll probably have to settle for Ionian boots cause of that Remember that Kha'Zixs Ultimate/Passive is great for 1v1 vs. Adc's but will no longer lower damage taken, Use your ultimate to slow enemies down. and here's my personal Evolution list: -Wings first, Claws second, Spikes last. Gives you high mobility for a lot fo ganks early, then by using the mobility you should be able to get fed/good gold, claws gives you your missing damage, and then spikes let you poke enemies down before a fight or use them as escapes at late game. -I personally max W first, But when I have 3 points into W, I put a 2nd point into Q, by that time the added damage should be VERY useful. Max When Q has 3 points into it, I put a point into E, Should reduce cooldown by about 1-2.5 seconds (depending your cdr) which gives massive mobility that you wouldn't know you had, and of course R at 6, 11, 16 -Don't forget health pots, pink wards for invis enemies (Akali, Rengar, Vayne) and of course that vision ward for... wel vision. lol Any questions message me, any dissagreements comment below

So I've played a lot of jungle Diana, and I have found that she is by far most efficient if you start with your shield. After that put a point in Q and then a second point in your shield. That second point increases your survivability, allows you to outduel most other junglers (including kha even while you're isolated), makes your ganks more potent, and allows you to dive and live, something you cannot do under other situations.
