Support Veigar with a Relic Shield
Veigar gets to stack up his Q last hitting minions while supporting his ADC with AoE stun. I really enjoyed it, I'm gonna see if I can make it work.

I tried this (as an old Veigar main). It can work, but you have to be VERY good at timing your Q's, along with having good communication with your laning mate to let you use your Q to secure a minion (or it is just wasted mana). The reason is because you should be leveling up your E first as support Veigar, because that is why he is ridiculous more than anything (AOE long stun OP).
I endorse support Veigar, but only if you have good communication with your laner (like you can accessibly speak to them/pretty much are telepathic with your synchronization of thoughts) and if you are really good at last hitting with a level 1 Q.
