World Championship Free Riven Skin

So far for the Pick-Em for the World Championship I have gotten everything correct so I feel i have a good chance to get the Championship Riven skin. My account is over level 20 but i do not own Riven as a champion, will I need to get her in order to get the skin if i win?

If you do not own Riven you will get Riven and the skin
