Tips of all Shapes.

I suck. I get that. But instead of whining about it, I'm going to ask a question: How can I improve? What are some general tips that you guys have for me? It can be about anything related to the game: From Champ Select to Laning Phase to End Game, from Bot Lane to Top Lane and everything in between, it's all fair game. Also, feel free to recommend champs, too. I have a support roster that I like (Sona, Janna, Blitz, and Thresh) but I am willing to try just about any champ and build that you can give a good reason to try it for.

Theres not enough information to make any recommendations. How do you like to build these champs? what role do you play, and how do you see it? I could explain the role of a support or adc, because I main support. But when it comes to other lanes I'm not highly experienced in these other roles. the lanes are very different, and how you play them are very different. there are 3 phases to any game, laning, mid, and late game. each role has a different responsibility, and then each sub champion category has a different role. I would suggest asking a bit more precise questions rather than broad questions which dont really have a clear answer.

but I will say this.

use your trinket, often.

and upgrade it

Play 2 games, then watch them. Rinse repeat.

Work on getting CS whenever you can, and ward a lot. Dont chase kills (unless its stupidly free) About 2 waves of minions is equal to 1 kill worth of gold. So even just getting the enemy to go back to base puts you ahead.

Another thing that actually helps me win more is being a troll. Not the bad negative kind, but the good kind that makes your team feel better about their mistakes. Basically anytime something bad happens just be like "Insert random crappy joke about enemy champ or name here" then "its okay, we can still do this" The joking helps you stay positive, and keeps your teammates in a good mood because theyre laughing a little. People play better when theyre in a good mood and people aren`t inclined to be the negative type of troll in these types of games as well.

Also, practice D.S.T. AKA anytime your teammate does something good be like "Oh shit man that was awesome, are you the next faker?" But dont sound sarcastic, just keep complimenting your team anytime they do good. This will make them strive to be good so they get more compliments.

Think about it, Is Sky Williams really that good to be in high diamond? (Yes and no) Mechanically he`s great at jungle, but his decision making and reaction time suck xD, watch his stream, he even says it himself. But he does both of these things in game and he climbed pretty easily

You can do it man, good luck in future games!

I saw a huge improvement in my game once I started watching my replays (I use SkinSpotlights Replay.) Watching LCS is also very helpful because you can see how the pros play (and you can check out their builds at probuilds.net.)

Its kind of hard to offer you more advice than that because you didn't really say what you were struggling with. I'm going to shamelessly advertise my youtube channel now because I actually think I put out a good product that might help you. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2EZm50wNGmfJal7IHM_b8Q
