Need help deciding what 3 adc's are best right now.
I am gold and just started to main adc. What 3 are the strongest right now and are tristana/twitch strong right now?

Champion strengths don't matter that much until you pretty much get to Diamond + ....so if you aren't there...really doesn't matter. That being said...top 2 are definitely Lucian and Corki still with the third pretty much being everyone's favorite that isn't included in the top 2. Personally I like Twitch.
Now note, some ADCs are stronger in some comps rather than others. For instance, 
has a strong late game, but a pathetic early game, so he needs a team that can do well in the mid game and not have to so much rely on him to much. Another factor that impacts ADCs are what support they have. This isn't an issue so much in higher elos as in low elos, but it's still a problem none the less. Lets again use as an example. He works really well with supports such as 
and 
because they are good at keeping him alive in the early game. Now if your support picks someone like 
or 
you're not going to be that strong because they can't help as much early game. I mean sure you have the heal and the poke, but when you get a gank you need someone who can get you out alive, and still be useful. Now all this being said, I am Silver V, and I don't get to see many good ADCs. Now my low elo doesn't make me wrong, it just means I don't know exactly who is the strongest. Hope I could help. (Also I'm not even going to talk about skill level, that's just luck with your supports and enemies)
I would say Corki, Lucian, and Tristana. These are the most popular picks among high elo right now. Corki and lucian have a strong early-mid game and tristana is a monster late game.

The strongest ADC is the adc you enjoy playing the most. i played varus sivir urgot and ashe all the way to platinum. it's just who you have fun playing, the champions don't matter.

Lucian is #1, lane bully, safe, scales well. He is everything you want in an ADC. Corki is an amazing lane bully who pokes really hard for mid game dominance. Pre ~30 minute he is incredibly strong. Tristana is the opposite of Corki. Pretty weak early (Though not that bad), but post ~30 minute she is the strongest. So if you can get fed or delay long enough, you can carry super hard.
You never want to play a champion that relies on anonymous teammates to succeed. Self sufficient ADCs with strong laning phases will always be the best options in soloq, and these three happen to be the best examples of that archetype atm.
