How to overcome People who refuse to communicate/listen to otehrs

Hey, so as of late I've been getting demoted in ranked after ending the season at silver 1 and I'm a little confused. You'd think the new ranked players would listen to someone with experience with ranked experience for 1/2 seasons and they seem to think that I'm the stupid one and that they know everything about the game already. Can anyone help me with ways i can overcome this? I win lane most of the time, plus i usually end with one of the highest farm counts not only on my team, but in the game as well and i call for objectives (when I am jungling), but when it comes to the mid/late game part of the game, I'm trying to tell my team one thing and that one guy/girl refuses to listen while everyone else does and causing us to fight a 4v5 and then lose. Please I would love to hear suggestions and critiques if you have any. I can also answer questions you may or may not have at the time if need be. Nunu

This game has been going on for what 5 seasons? 1/2 a season isn't particularly "veteran" status. Talk in a suggestive manner and don't order people around, say things like , "we should..." "we could..." "want to..." etc etc. If they still refuse to listen, work around them, for instance if you have a nasus/tryn/udyr who refuses to fight and does nothing but push top all day, push bottom and make them split. Or get objectives while they go on a wild goose chase for that shaco who is adamant in playing cat and mouse and not league of legends. If someone would rather play farmville in a lane, group on that person and force a 5v5 or if master yi does nothing but backdoor, play defensively and prevent backs and not die.

If someone's always going on their own and not staying with the team or willing to take others ideas in then make them the leader and follow them everywhere, no matter what you'll be together for 5 man fights and win the trades :D

all of this right here, my thoughts but summarized Coming from the perspective of one of them solo guys Frankly, I KNOW what I'm doing, really dont worry bout me or tell me what I needa do I can go off solo cuz I carry ward and have obscene map awareness also 550 movement speed, flash, stuns, more tenacity than Irelia and merc scimitar really.. they can 5 man gank me and I'd get away with it cuz I know the strengths and weaknesses of my champion and play exclusively capitalizing on that strength This goes for alot of other people too, they have a plan trust em, unless they die a shitload, then that just makes them lose credibility

lets face it, that backdooring Yi.. Split pushing Tryn.. hyper farm Nasus assuming they are good, can and will carry the game.. you think they're doing stupid shit but they think you're doing stupid shit this kinda causes you guys to not be able to work with each other either you give in or they give in, otherwise you screw each other over and lose the game

Well there's your problem. Carry yourself through silver. Pick high winrate and op champs and play them to death.
