Help! My posture for league consists of me bent over my computer with my head close to the screen focusing very hard...my lower back and I between my shoulder blades is starting to really hurt. Would love for some easy tips to help me with my posture so I can keep gaming, and not mess my back up!!

biggest way to combat that is by elevating your monitor so that you are forced to sit upright to keep from slumping below plain of view. Try raising it about 6-8 inches, that might be enough. You can leave the mouse and keyboard alone, just raise the monitor.

Back straight up, slightly leaning backward. Head up. Shoulders apart.

Don't get close to the screen, that is stupid and can damage your eyes. Stay a good distance away.

It's hard to keep my head away when focusing so hard, but the back tips are great thanks!!

Honestly getting too close to the screen can making focusing harder. More distance from the screen is less you have to move your eyes around! Thankfully I like wearing glasses so my terrible eyes aren't that much of a burden to me, heh.

Also, consider having a light on in the room, lamp or ceiling fan or whatever. A lot of people tend to play in the dark, generally speaking it's somewhat damaging to your eyes as well. I know that's not posture but you know, relevance.

Anyways a good tip to break the habit is just to catch yourself doing it and consciously pull back and remind yourself. Just casually leaning back into your chair isn't going to help break the habit, usually.

I put my feet up on something under the desk. It forces me to keep leaned back.

Get a chair with a decent back and keep your back on the back of the chair.

Elevate your monitor so that the center is slightly above eye level. It forces you to keep better posture to get a proper view.

Move your screen into a spot where you won't get glare. I noticed that when I play on my laptop by a window and the sun is setting I get a really strong glare on the screen. When there is a glare I move my head closer to the screen to combat this until the game ends. So now I either close the blinds ahead of time or I move to a new location in my house.
