Hi there, i just started playing a bit with yasuo and i really like him, i just need some tips and help for me to omprove and get better with him :p I would appreciate if you could let me know about what runes and masteries to use. Also need help with how to play him, when to use Q and when to use E .etc Thanks :D

I mostly "main" Yasuo if you think about it. I found that buying the three tier III Critical Damage Quints help alot to counteract his passive, then Full AD Marks, Armor Seals, and MR Glyphs with mabe a few CDR. With Yas, it is Essential to know where escape is at all times. Using his E will help you get of of ugly ganks that could've turned for the worst. Keep an eye on minons, and if you go in on an enemy, make sure you will be in enough range of a minion to E back, whether it is for a bit of poke with your Q, or if you go in, and get ganked at the same moment, Try not to first pick Yasuo like all the other idiots. He is a completely counterable champion, and will get wrecked in lane if counterpicked. Know your strengths. If you do get countered, try to play safe, but know when to go in and destroy your enemy. Always try to keep Q stacked. it is a great source of poke with your Whirlwind, and a gank counter.

Now for tips on yasuo I'm pretty sure you know how to 'e' around the minions waves when fed and just aa/q. So I will give some tips on the most important part of yasuo; his laning phase. So first thing the first set of runes I showed are for being aggressive, the second is for being kind of passive. Now for your starting item you should almost always start Dorans shield because it makes you win on every single trade and offers a lot of sustain. So we have gone over your starting items, let's talk about abusing your early levels. Yasuo is strong levels 4+ the reason I say this is because now you have a level 2 q and your base stats are high enough so when you trade off with an enemy you don't go to half hp from minions. Try to harass at 4+ a lot, you need to establish lane dominance but also keep in mind the positioning of the minion wave, if it is to scattered and its hard to weave on and out fast try not to trade. If you have won one or two previous trades and they are lowish let them push the wave back to you and half ass freeze that until it merges with another wave, then you start pushing their wave like hell and go in for the harass. This way you can decide where you want to weave in and out and they will be in a safe area to harass AND since you went ham and killed a few minions of they retaliate to the harass they will get low hp and maybe even die depending on your crits and how far they are in the lane. So yeah that's my advice :) hope this will help you with your laning!
