As a Silver Scrub who doesn't pay as much attention to CS, I'ma try out these "practices".
Minions spawn at 1:30. Takes them for 14 secs to get to the middle of mid lane. 32 seconds for bot and top lane. They spawn every 30 seconds. With that, every 3rd wave will have a seige minion, so it'll be 7 minions total instead of 6. The 18th wave technically spawns at 10 minute mark. It'll arrive at lane by 10:15 - 10:30. So by 10:30, this is where you're CSing should be around, with the 18th wave:

Thank you very much for posting this guide! I'm a jungle main who doesn't get near enough practice CSing in lane, so this will be a great way to practice and improve my CSing.
I wish you really could move as soon as the projectile leaves you on ranged champs. Sadly that's not the case, as anyone who has seen a 0-damage projectile can attest.
Also isn't that last tip inaccurate? I thought the difference between minion defenses and tower damage changed throughout the game.

Anyone know how much CS the Wraith and Wolves camp gives you per clear? That can also add to your total cs but I'm curious how much it compares to killing minions. If your lane some how happens to get pushed against your favor accidentally you can always go for these. There's also an option if your shove your lane to deny cs to your opponent. In this case I wonder how to properly way options of roaming, farming the jungle, or going back to buy. Roaming doesn't always work out and is risky. Buying is the safest bet and if done at the right time can increase your power. Farming the jungle camps is pretty safe but I'm curious is it really worth the time especially at the earlier levels when depending on your champion it isn't the easiest to do and may consume health/mana.
if riot gets me under 70 ping \I'll get an average of 280+ cs a game Until then Imma just play janna and press Q cause riots lag kills me.

I play support in dota as well so I Deny cs more, gets me all confused when I switch back to league.
I still find it hard to know when to hit and which minion to hit at what time. Is there any guides on that basic?

Great guide, I'd previously done similar exercises but it's always nice to learn a couple of new tips and tricks to csing. Out of curiosity, I felt like you implied you didn't make this, but IF you did, do you mind me posting this on other forums? Assuming you did make this, I will give you credit if you'd like.
Good advice. I should work on my CSing since I tend not to die early in lane, but rarely get ahead early by kills.
I have been trying to learn to last hit better and often seem to attack the minion a bit too early or too late. In the infographic it mentions how to count tower hits to minions when farming under tower. Is there also an easy way to count minion hits to other minions to know when to attack? Or is this really a thing you just get a feel for as you play more?
I'm tired of these lame posts trying to tell you to cs better, yea the first 10 minutes are important if no one is fighting because YOU CAN'T KILL ANYONE, so what do you do instead? Farm it up! Tell me what the point of trying to farm an extra 20 cs is rather than trying to crush your lane? Yea, it's 1 more kill than them but guess what if your lane's even, IT'S EVEN: FIX IT. Here's why you end up with more cs, past the 5-10 minute mark: Fear, they fear you and will not dare to push past where their closest tower is (or was >:D); and if you're consistently pushed it means you want to get ganked and because you're so far ahead because they fear you, they try to help with that gank. Well guess what happens next: you double kill the enemy bot lane because counter ganks and cleaning up is better than diving them under tower, and jungler runs away as if he just baited his bot lane into feeding... because he did. Crush your lane then crush the jungler, then crush them 5v5. Oh hey look i have 100 cs more than my laner and 10 kills up!
If you're not trying to kill your laner, are you even playing to win? Why not try to kill them? I mean think about it, do you know how easy it is to die because they decided to make a play before you did? "Welp now me and my support are dead varus/cait/ez is 4-0 and we're both sitting at 0-2 BUT I'M 40 CS AHEAD!!!" Too bad you fed them your lead >:)
DON'T PLAY PASSIVE, and don't fight them in large minion waves.
