My secret Fiora assassin build for Dominion (top)
I'd just like to share the build I've had the most success with on Fiora in Dominion game mode. Not sure if anyone would care of not though. I don't see many people play her anymore so maybe this will help build some interest in her.
See match history for build details. This is a build for going top. Many will say Fiora should go bot but I don't like to. Fiora can do really good bot sometimes but it seems even if you can capture the enemy bot, it usually takes all your cooldowns to do so and they can just take it back really fast, that and or gank you really easy. There are many champions that are really hard to beat bot too. So I like to go top.
For runes I go AD/level 18 across the board. Masteries 25 offense and 5 support (see link). About as glass cannon as you can get. The idea of it is to kill your target in a combo with your ult. If you can get close enough to touch them they're dead.
For summoners Ignite and Exhaust. Don't worry about trying to run away, fight to the death. These will maximize single target kill potential and or help with multiple target fights.
Ability path: One point in each at the start, then at level 4 go with E if you have lots of cc top or Q if you know you will be blown up fast in the fight for top. After that max R/W, then get a 2nd point into E if you havn't already to help kill minions faster. Finish the rest with whatever feels right for the match.
Item Build: To the meat of the topic. Starting item Brutalizer and health potion. Basic boots next. Priority of next items is Elixir of Wrath (level 9) > Boots of Lucidity > Tiamat > Ghostblade. If you can't afford any item, buy a longsword. After those items are complete get Brutalizer #2 and if you can afford it on your next buy finish the Black Cleaver, if you can't then work on and complete the Last Whisper first and then the Black Cleaver. If you have completed all those items the game will probably be close to over so buy whatever else you think will help the most. I don't upgrade to Hydra anytime soon unless im stuck bot cuz lifesteal isn't that special to a Fiora who has no life... and cuz every damn mage out there is carrying one of those damn books - it's just too expensive when you could be spending on cooldown items for more and more ults.

Strategy:
Start - Capping mid can be nice, you can afford boots if/when you die and revive. Going straight to top sometimes seems to work out better for whatever reason. In the first battle for top there is a 90% chance of death, so embrace it. Do the best you can using exhaust and ignite on the right targets and try to take someone with you if possible. Buy boots if you can and revive right away, back to top to help out if you still can. The lower levels can be pretty tough, play it safe and wait for the right chances to fight, don't right outnumbered even if your team mate wants to dive in 2v4. Maybe he could survive it to run away but one cc on you and you're toast. With this item build you have lots of cooldown for using ult, so play safe and wait for your chance to strike. BTW don't try to defend a tower 1v2, wait for backup.
Level 9 - Get that Elixir of Wrath! With that you got a huge surprise burst of damage and the first Ezreal you can lunge to is dead meat. It has a +30 second time duration restoration on any kill/assist so even if you have to die in the process if you can get a kill/assist(s) it's worth it.
Tiamat & Ghostblade complete - Once these are complete you can start getting kills using ghostblade + ult or ignite or exhaust, not always necessary to use all of them together. Of course you still have to be careful with your target selection and may need help from your teammate or wait for enemy to miss their cc before attacking them.
Black Cleaver & Last Whisper complete - at this point you can kill most any champion under the right circumstances. Now is a good chance to cut off squishies in the jungle if you have a good idea where the rest are. Flanking and coming up behind with your ult ready to go usually turns out swell. The best assassination spot I've found is in the bush right above the inner-mid health pack. Wait in there for an unsuspecting Ezreal to walk by and turn him to death meat. With these items you should be able to take down brazen tanks really fast if you have a little help.
Stealth enemies - If they have a Shaco or Akali, it's unfortunate but it's best to buy a Lightbringer before the Tiamat/Ghostblade.
Other builds - Fiora can do well with almost any items. I've gotten good scores using all AP items on her just for the hell of it. It all comes down to how use the features of the items. One match not long ago I got 30+ kills using all critical strike style items. I've tried most anything and everything from planned to random with mixed results however the main build I listed above has been the most consistent for me in getting wins.
Most hated enemies - #1 Quinn - Can blind better than teemo and do that backflip kick/slow putting her just out of range of lunge. #2 Brand - There's no way to hit him without eating his stun. Even a low health Brand can end up killing you at full health. #3 Morgana - Damn annoying with bindings and ult. You can be low health before even getting close and don't forget the witchcap. #4 Cassiopeia - Can almost always run away or chase you down. #5 Ryze - Too much health, too much stuns, too much speed.
Most loved enemies - #1 Ezreal - He takes you on a journey while you ult him to his final resting place. #2 Zyra - Ult when she drops her ult to completely avoid it. #3 Jinx - There is no escape for her. #4 Yasuo - He's completely outmatched. #5 Teemo - He can't blind lunge/riposte/ult/Tiamat. Use those to kill him and become the hero who killed the devil.
Yeah well I had nothing better to do...
, and wait for her to naturally fall off like a rock off a cliff.
is like fighting a 5v4.
