If you really feel like you've mastered all those skills, man, you should start sending applications to LCS teams...

Seriously. Until you own your elo, you won't improve. There is no elo hell - if there was, all the high level players that do bronze-to-diamond runs would be stuck in bronze for weeks. But they're not, they cruise through them. The only reason you're at your elo is YOU. Own it. Figure out what it is you're doing that could be done better, and work on it. If you belong in a higher elo, you WILL get there. Only thing holding you out of gold is attitude and time.

Find the sweetspot champion for your ELO. All of bronze for me was Fiora. S5-S3 was Maokai. S3-S1 was Tryndamere. I had never played Maokai or Trynd before a few weeks ago and carried myself to S1 99LP... then went on a horrible streak and got demoted, in my 2nd promo match back to S1 atm

Most damage on team as support Zyra.

It looks like we were winning by a landslide but Yi repeatedly threw. Even gave them a free baron. Still managed to defend and not lose a tower while they had baron, then as soon as the buff dropped I landed an ult on 4 of their team, followed by Wu/Orianna Ults and a Yi alpha strike... GG

Switch mobi for sorcs, rab for liandry, and morello for banner. Also don't finish gp10 item, leave it tier two until you can afford to sell it and buy rylai or rab.

I pretty much always build sorc boots, rab, rylais, guise, banner, and sightstone. This game I rushed the Morello and Mobility boots because I was facing a Janna and my ADC was pretty terrible so the mobility boots helped me land almost all my combos. I didn't go pure damage because I was still trying to feed my team instead of taking kills, but most of the time I ended up getting it anyway.

You need 4 things to get out of silver -

a) a champ or two you are REALLY familiar b) win in lane with decent cs c) once you push down your tower, help other lanes push tower d) stick with adc and make sure you peel

remember, once your lane is done then you shouldn't go and do wraiths or have a campout in the jungle. Go help others, and keep sticking to objectives. Ping ping ping and remember step (d) is VERY important

that's how i got out of silver :)
