Will his build change after the changes to his passive moved to his w, or does the build still stay the same, being that cd isnt needed for his aa speed?

They want him to be more of a poke mage, rather than a lane bully. So I guess more AP.

The build will probably remain similar, the thing to think about is what will you max on abilities?

It's actually a pretty big conundrum. If you rush Morello you get killed very easily because your E is god awful now and does nothing useful or actually defensive. If you rush RoA you scale very slowly, can't really roam until the item is finished (and even then you don't really HAVE any roaming potential anymore), and you have no damage until the item is fully stacked. If you rush Rylai's you run out of mana - or at least I do. Personally I hate Azir without some kind of mana item.

Yeah, they want him to be a poke mage, but they've nerfed his poke (Q) several times over several patches. First he was supposed to be a late game hyper carry. Then he was supposed to be a sustained dmg mage. Now he's a poke champion with no kill pressure and zero playmaking potential. Ok. Sounds legit. And the super underwhelming change to his W that supposedly opens up build paths doesn't do anything except slow your scaling exponentially.

He's no longer enjoyable to play. Just sit, poke, and farm. You can't roam, you can't kill anything, you can't really defend objectives like turrets because you can't punish dives. He feels really useless right now.
