My duo partner, SFG Doublelypht, is playing in Bronze. I decided to spectate him and stream, as I feel it is a great opportunity to demonstrate how easy it is to win games in Bronze, as long as you do the right things. I am in voice chat with him, so there is commentary, but I apologize for the commentary being 3 minutes ahead of the video.

Seriously, it's like a grown adult beating up on kids as the playground to prove to all the other kids that they too can bash little Tommy's head in with a lead pipe if they get strong enough.
Nurse Violet2 votesYou make it sound like Bronze players are helpless children who are incapable of improving. Personally, I love to play against players who are much better than me, because it accentuates the differences between them and myself, and it gives me an opportunity to improve. :)
Chaos Open1 votesYeah, but there is a difference between playing against someone better and simply watching it. They know bronze players can be beat, they see it all the time. The reason why high elo streams get more views than high elo playing low elo streams is because people want to see what the high elo players are doing differently. Truthfully, it felt like I never actually got better until I got out of bronze, but I was stuck at silver level until I made it to gold. Getting out of elo hell is simply a numbers game. Watching the mistakes made by players at your skill level or better isn't going to help you. And watching a high elo player play sloppily against low elo players isn't helping anyone. And the person they are beating up on is only going to get frustrated as his teammates tell him that they are going to report him for feeding.
Nurse Violet2 votesI am simply trying to demonstrate the differences between Bronze and Platinum, because there are a lot of them, and it is a pretty common Bronze player mentality that it is only bad luck that is holding them back, when in fact putting a concentrated effort into improving would allow them to climb. If you feel that you have nothing to learn from this, then by all means do not watch it, but I believe that there is real value in it.
I am actually going to play some soloqueue now, but if Doublelypht does any more smurfing I will go back to streaming that.
