Looking for a mentor/coach to help me get better at mid lane

Hi, I've played over a thousand ranked games this season, but am not really seeing significant improvement now. I was placed in bronze 1, dropped to bronze 5, and am now gold 5. I would really appreciate if I can find someone to help coach me and reach me to get better so I can work my way up the elo ladder. All I'm looking for is to improve and learn in order to become better in the game. I will not rage and can't blame anyone but myself for being stuck in gold 5.
