General Quyestion

Hi guys Ive just have a question in general to the game. This might sound stupid but if anyone can clear my doubts, I will appreciate it. Last night I was watching Alex Ich's stream, and I saw that he could see his enemies' range of attack on his screen, not in a blue circle that appears when you press "A", but something similar. I also remember that when you practice with bots you can see the range of the tower and how it changes its color depending on who it is attacking. I was wondering if there is any option to turn this on, because i have looked on my options menu but I cannot find it yet, also if you guys know of any other way to increase the awareness of your enemies' intentions other than animations will be appreciated too.
