The ranked struggle

Well for quite some time I have been a bronze player, while most of you will think that means "I suck" to which I would probably agree, because it seems I hit a brick wall. I managed to climb from B5 to B2, but as as of recent it seems I'm stuck here. I will manage to move to about 60 points, and then lose it all again and get demoted. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to sit down and maybe analyze one of my game plays. because I regularly record my games to go back and look for mistakes. Now I feel like I can't identify anymore. I've managed to get so much better doing this, my cs has increased, I ward all the time now, and try to make a better decisions when going into a fights/picking people off. I try and take leadership and call out objective timers, and summoner spells. I know that I can't blame my team for me losing, so I would appreciate any help in identifying my problem.
