Which champions work well with Scaling AP glyphs?

With most of my AP mid champions, I use a Standard AP rune page. I'm just wondering which champions work best with Scaling AP glyphs and if it's even worth having a rune page with that type of setup. Thanks in advance.

i'd not use that type. If you want offensive power or just general utility cdr beats any kind of ap/penetration at glyphs.

I would say that AP champions who:

squishy (Even with magic resist glyphs, it will make little difference late game)
Ranged (Safe against melee mid and won't get hit)
Mobile (Use your own mobility to dodge)
vs AD (No need for magic resist glyph)
Burst Damage Dealer (Those who scales insanely well with AP during late game)
